Salmon BBQ & Bar Party

Thursday, May 15, 4 – 7pm
Our chefs will be on the deck barbequing happy hour specials that showcase the flavors of salmon. 
Below are a few examples of the items we will be offering.  Drink specials start at $4.
Plus, we’ll be prepared for Seattle weather by keeping part of the deck covered – just in case!

Blackened Salmon Tacos  
Seared with house made Cajun spices and served in a flour tortilla with
tomatillo mayo and topped with black bean corn relish
 
Pesto Grilled Salmon Sliders
Alaskan Sockeye salmon grilled and basted with basil pesto and
topped with vine ripened tomato and micro greens

Spicy Grilled Salmon Skewers

Grilled and basted with spicy raspberry-soy glaze

Grilled Salmon Sausage
Served on a demi baguette and finished with caramelized peppers and
onions with stone ground mustard aioli

Kwik’pak Yukon River Salmon & Wine Dinner
